So let me get this straight:

Github scanned a bunch of open source projects.

They trained an AI with it.

They basically ignored the licenses and tried to shove a "because we are basically copying GPL code, it doesn't mean the result is GPL".

And now they are charging for it?

Leaked #NASA photo of the Sun being taking away for nighttime maintenance.

It took me a while to reach the point with him where I can do this. #Cats

A new version of #Communique is now live on the @elementary OS AppCenter.

Unread articles are now highlighted with the system accent colour, folders can now be added independently without adding an RSS feed, and there is a new streamlined add feed/folder/import OPML file workflow.

I don't understand why the measure of success for musicians is album sold. Why not number of concerts? Songs released? Album released? Why do we only reward monetary milestones? Is that really the most important part of music?

Made some shiny new icons for Replay by @avojak. Working on this project was really interesting, especially during the ideation stage. I loved to come up with concepts and ideas that represented video game emulation.

Looks like macOS is finally switching to listboxes, but they're really not making things easy for themselves.

For some reason instead of sticking with the much more cohesive layout from the iPad they made everything slightly smaller, lower-contrast, and more convoluted...

Looking at this in comparison really makes me appreciate the work we put into Adwaita last year. Our listboxes are so much clearer and prettier.

Shoutout to @alex_m, @KekunPlazas, and everyone else who helped with that 🙌

After three months of working offline, the time is drawing near for me to push the new (almost entirely re-written from the ground up) version of Vocal to the main branch. Please pardon the mess as I update documentation, clean up issue boards, and tidy up the homepage.

GNOME goes mobile! Work is currently underway to make GNOME Shell run on phones. More details on this, and many more news can be found in the current issue of #ThisWeekInGNOME!

Nice, the #EU gave #Mozilla money to develop an offline, privacy friendly translation engine, and it's been released!

Wayland is annoying me. You can't game with it, a lot of apps don't work properly (screen recording usually), and fractional scaling doesn't work. I know it's technically "the future" but I haven't managed to keep Wayland as my main session more than a couple of days every time I tried. So I'm stuck on Xorg still...
